Frome Birth Talk

Frome Birth Talk offers the only free and low-cost counselling service in the Frome area dedicated to supporting the mental health of pregnant and new parents. Frome Birth Talk also offers several drop-in support groups per week for parents-to-be, parents with new babies and those with pre-school aged children. We also offer a monthly baby loss support group for anyone dealing with the loss of a pregnancy or child.

The Nelson Trust – Women’s Community Services 

Services are trauma-informed, gender responsive, and provide holistic support for women and their families. Throughout the week our Women’s Centres offer a full timetable of activities, including accredited educational courses, workshops, drop-ins and groups, which cover wellbeing, life skills and creative activities. Most of our centres also have onsite creche facilities, showers, washing machines, a garden and cafe, that are all available for clients to utilise.
