COPD Support Group
The COPD Support Group takes place on the second Thursday of the month from 10.30am to 12.00pm in the Education Room at the practice. Aimed at patients with various lung conditions, for example chronic bronchitis and emphysema. No need to book, just come along, but please call the Health Connections team on 01373 468368 if you’d like more information.

Menopause Group Discussion
If you're perimenopausal or menopausal and are thinking of taking HRT for the first time please come to one of our Menopause Group Discussions. These take place monthly, from 6pm to 9pm. Be Healthy, Be Happy
Our Be Healthy, Be Happy programme is for patients with one or more long-term conditions who want to make small changes to their lives, which can lead to health improvements. The programme runs for 5 weeks, one hour per week starting on 25th April. Find out more and sign up to take part here.
Green Connector Workshops
Take part in this one-hour training session (starts 10am) and help you, your family and your community live greener, healthier lives.
Patient Feedback Evening
Join us for our Patient Feedback Evening. Drop in between 6.30pm and 8pm (we suggest allowing about half an hour for your visit) and share your thoughts on a number of different themes.
