Have you taken part in the Habits for Health programme? The Little Habits Café is a friendly monthly catch-up for people who have completed Habits for Health. Join us for the first Little Habits Café, a relaxed monthly gathering where you can reconnect with others, reflect on your progress and continue building healthy habits that work for you.

Many Habits for Health participants told us they would value ongoing support after the programme had finished. The Little Habits Café has been created in response to that feedback, offering a friendly space to stay connected and keep moving forward. At the Little Habits Café, you can:

  • Reflect on your goals and progress
  • Celebrate successes, however small
  • Build on the habits you've already started
  • Set new goals at your own pace
  • Share ideas and experiences with others
  • Receive encouragement and support
  • Enjoy a free tea or coffee

Whether you've maintained your habits, experienced some setbacks, or simply want to reconnect with the Habits for Health community, you're very welcome.

Hosted by - Jo, Health Connector at Frome Medical Practice

Come along to our Butterfly Cut-Out Morning and help prepare a local art installation as part of the 800 Missed Steps Project, a pancreatic cancer awareness campaign funded to help raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of this disease.

More information and let us know you'd like to come along.

We are looking for volunteers to help cut out several hundred butterfly shapes that have been specially designed and drawn by local artist Caroline Rudge. The purple butterflies will form part of a community art installation at Frome Medical Practice, serving as a symbol of remembrance for lives lost to pancreatic cancer. Each butterfly will contribute to a powerful visual display, helping to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer and representing the many individuals and families affected by this disease.

Come along, have a chat and a cuppa, and help us bring this project to life!
