  • Menopause
  • Heavy, painful periods
  • Pelvic health
  • Mental health
  • Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure
  • Endometriosis, PCOS, and other gynaecological conditions

Explore small, realistic changes around everyday habits such as movement, rest, food, stress, mood and self-care. Sessions focus on practical tools, shared experiences, and gentle goal setting.

You must register if you wish to attend this session. These are not drop-in sessions and people booked to attend need to arrive for a 6pm start.

Our Menopause Group Discussions take place each month and start at 6.15pm (usually finishing by 8pm). The sessions are aimed at people who are perimenopausal or menopausal and considering taking HRT for the first time.
