Our Digital Health Pop Up takes place at Fair Frome on the Marston Trading Estate (BA11 4BG) from 10am - 12pm.

Plastic Free. Period. Evening
Tuesday 24th September
Are you keen to explore the world of plastic free period products for yourself or someone in your care? Do you want to reduce the negative impact that traditional period products made of plastic have on our waterways and our bodies?
If so, join us at Frome Town Hall on 24th September from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for an informal evening. There will be expert talks on health and menstruation, short films and stalls, free period packs (for Frome residents on pupil premium or year 8 and9 school age), as well as an opportunity to explore products, get exclusive discounts, look at comparisons and socialise over drinks. This is a free event but you can reserve your place (in case we need to let you know about any changes) here.

Plastic Free. Period. Pop Up
Wednesday 25th September
Are you keen to explore the world of plastic-free period products for yourself or someone in your care? Do you want to reduce the negative impact that traditional period products made of plastic have on our waterways and our bodies?
If so, come along to our pop up stall on 25th September near the pedestrian bridge, Westway Precinct, between 11:30am to 4:30 pm for a chance to find out more about plastic free period products, exclusive discounts and more details on making the switch.
Patient Participation Group Meeting
Starting at 6pm and taking place both face to face at the practice and online, the Patient Participation Group meeting is an opportunity for patients to work with the team at the practice and ensure the patient voice is heard.
Pain Cafe
Friday 27th September
Patients are welcome to come along to the pain cafe, a peer support group for anyone living with chronic pain. This is a chance to join up with others in a safe environment, to talk and share experiences. The pain cafe takes place every last Friday of the month from 11:30am to 1pm in the Education Room (upstairs) at Frome Medical Practice.

Planning for future care and end of life needs - free session
Join us on the 3rd October for this 1.5 hour long session where we look at how we can plan for our future care and end of life needs.
The session will be led by Dr Helen Kingston and Julia di Castiglione and takes place from 2pm to 3:30pm at the practice.

Long Terms Conditions Support Group
Thursday 3rd October
The Long Term Conditions support group is an opportunity to meet with other people who live with a long term condition. This is a safe environment in which to talk and share experiences. The group meets on the 1 st Thursday of each month from 10:30am to 12:30pm in the Boardroom (Upstairs) at Frome Medical Practice.

Anyone can be a community connector, signposting friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to support groups, services, opportunities and resources that might help improve their health and wellbeing. COPD Support Group
The COPD Support Group takes place on the second Thursday of the month from 10.30am to 12.00pm in the Education Room at the practice. Aimed at patients with various lung conditions, for example chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
