The COPD Support Group takes place on the second Thursday of the month from 10:30am to 12pm in the Education Room at the practice. Aimed at patients with various lung conditions, for example chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Come to our Saturday pop up at the practice, from 8.45am to 12.45pm, where the team can offer support with the NHS App, other Health Apps or any digital query specifically relating to Frome Medical Practice. An opportunity to talk in private about your needs and explore the right support from the most appropriate organisations. For veterans, serving forces members, family members, dependents and reservists.

Members of the practice Patient Participation Group and Health Connections Team will be chatting to patients visiting the practice to find out about their experience of kindness at the practice and what more kindness could look like. The suggestions that patients share will help shape a more compassionate and connected practice for everyone.

You can meet the Kindness Crew at the practice and have a chat on Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19 th March between 10am and 2pm in the main atrium area at the practice.

No appointment is needed.  If another patient is already in the room you will be seen as soon as possible.
