We have 4 Partners at the practice, who are supported by our Senior Leadership Team. 

Together, the Partners and Senior Leadership Team at Frome Medical Practice provide strategic direction and oversight across all areas of the organisation, with Quality Assurance assistance from Tracey McCulloch. Comprising experienced clinical and operational leaders, the team ensures high-quality patient care, drives innovation, and supports staff development. Their purpose is to lead the practice in delivering safe, effective, and sustainable healthcare for our community.

#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care.
