Come along to this special Sunday pop up at the Frome Independent Market, from 10am to 3pm, for help with any issues digital health issues, including help with downloading and using the NHS App, use of our online forms and booking appointments via text links we send you. Connect for Kids Family Workshop
Free family play workshop for parents and children aged 3 to 8 years old. Thursday 8 May 2025 from 3.30pm to 4.15pm upstairs in the Education room
Join Beacon Family Services for a fun and educational event aimed at bringing families together. In this workshop you will be guided through the techniques used by family and play therapists to help you manage your children’s BIG emotions. You will also receive resources to take with you.
Patient Participation Group
Starting at 6pm and taking place both face to face at the practice and online, the Patient Participation Group meeting is an opportunity for patients to work with the team at the practice and ensure the patient voice is heard.

A Food and Health Conversation
Join us for an evening of conversation (6pm to 8pm) at the practice, about food and how what we eat affects our health, our communities and the environment. With guest speakers, an open conversation and nibbles. Expect fresh perspectives and thoughtful discussion on this topic. Spaces are limited. Booking essential here.
Carers Week Event
Drop in to the practice (main atrium area) between 10am and 12:30pm and meet Frome Carers Group and one of our Health Connections Team. Find out about Frome Carers Group and the support they offer, as well as how the practice can support unpaid carers and signpost you to other organisations and services for support.

Drop in to the practice (the Live Well Room, opposite the information desk) between 2pm and 3pm and speak to one of our Health Connectors from our social prescribing and health coach team. We want to listen to what is important to you as a carer and discuss how we can support carers, including signposting you to organisations and services for support.

KeyRing provides individual support and group meet ups in Somerset for people who have a learning disability, autism or need support with their mental health. They are also available to talk to carers of people with learning disabilities and autism.
