What do you enjoy about working at Frome Medical Practice?
The environment is positive and the staff are so helpful. The variety of reasons that a patient might be referred or self- refer to our team makes the role interesting but it’s also about the people who work here and the provision of support for them is really nice, I think.
What do you love doing when you are not at work?
Not sure if I would say I LOVE this (right now it’s fine, ask me again when it’s cold, dark, wet and miserable) but I’m training for a marathon in Norway next year so that takes up a bit of time! It does mean I can eat more carbs though, hurrah, every cloud etc – and which is just as well as I am a keen cook and am trying to perfect my sourdough as well as baking for others (any excuse to be fair). Other than that, after stepping down from a full-on career this year I am just enjoying having more time to be with my husband, family and friends, and rugby season is back!
