Building Access
Our building includes:

Blue badge parking
Disabled parking spaces are available in the Practice car park.

Hearing Support
If you are deaf or have hearing loss, we can provide a range of support.
A hearing loop is available at our Information Desk.
Patients can use a text relay service to communicate with the Practice. Please let us know if you use this service so we can record this on your patient record.
If you use British Sign Language (BSL), we can arrange an interpreter for your appointment if we are given advance notice.
Patients may also wish to use the NHS App to manage appointments and order repeat prescriptions.

Support for blind and partially sighted patients
A hand held magnifier is available to help read printed information.
Our Care Navigators can assist with checking in and provide guidance to waiting areas.
Large print information is available on request.
Information can be provided in Braille on request.

Assistance dogs, including guide dogs, are welcome at the Practice.
