Disability Access
Our building is designed to suit the needs of disabled patients. We have toilets with disabled access. If you find it difficult to access our services, please let us know.
If you have any additional needs, please let our staff know so that we can help you, and also ensure you get the same support in the future.

Parking
Car parking is available on site although we would ask that patients consider alternative ways to get to the Practice, where this is possible.
The Car Park is only for patients and users of the Frome Medical Centre and Frome Community Hospital.
Blue badge scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.
You can apply for or renew an existing blue badge via the Somerset Council website.
For the Hearing Impaired
Patients may opt to use a text relay service. This is set up by the patient from their own home. Patients must let the Practice know if they wish to use this service to communicate with the practice.
Patients may wish to book appointments and manage repeat prescriptions via the NHS App.
A British Sign Language interpreter can be booked in advance for hard of hearing patients who use British Sign Language.

We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit Hearing Link website.
