People and Finance Team

Led by Charlotte and Su, our People and Finance Team keeps the practice running smoothly so we can focus on your care.

The team looks after:

• People (HR) – recruiting new staff, supporting training and development, and making sure our team has what they need to do their jobs well.
• Finance – managing budgets, payments and records so the practice can provide high-quality care.

By taking care of our people and resources, this team helps us deliver safe and effective care to you.

#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care.
