Nurse and HCA Team

Led by Pernille, our nursing team supports patients with a wide range of health needs.

Practice Nurses specialise in managing long-term conditions such as:

• Diabetes
• Asthma
• COPD

They also provide care for women’s health, including cervical screening and family planning. The team looks after immunisations, vaccinations and wound care. Some of our specialist nurses can prescribe medicines and help with medication reviews.

Led by Emma, our Health Care Assistants (HCAs) carry out important checks and treatments, including:

• Blood tests
• Blood pressure checks
• ECGs
• Dressings
• Health checks

Together, our nurses and HCAs help you stay well and manage your health.
