Nurse and HCA Team

Led by Kathryn, our Head of Nursing, and Emma, our Lead Health Care Assistant, the team plays a central role in the care we provide at Frome Medical Practice. We are proud to offer person‑centred, relationship‑based care, grounded in listening, kindness and working in genuine partnership with the people we support.

Our team brings together a wide range of skills and experience. From managing long‑term conditions and women’s health, to immunisations, health checks, wound care and everyday clinical support, our nurses and health care assistants work closely with people to understand what matters most to them, not just what is clinically needed.

We believe good care starts with time, trust and feeling heard. Whether supporting someone to manage a long‑term condition, recovering from illness, or staying well and independent, our focus is always on helping people feel informed and confident in managing their health.

Working closely with GPs and the wider practice team, we are committed to delivering safe, high‑quality care, continually developing our skills, and ensuring care is shaped around the individual. Above all, we care deeply about the people we support and the community we serve.
