Medicines Management Team

Led by John, our Medicines Management Team makes sure your medicines are safe and right for you.

The team includes:

• Clinical Pharmacists
• Pharmacy Technicians
• Prescription Navigators

They focus on medicine safety and helping you get the most from your treatment. They work closely with the Somerset Integrated Care Board to improve prescribing and support better health outcomes.

Our prescription team helps make sure your medication needs are met and works with local pharmacies so collecting your medicines is as easy as possible.

#hellomynameis is a campaign to encourage and remind healthcare staff about the importance of introductions in healthcare, helping us to provide truly person-centred, compassionate care.
