Facilitated by Health Connections, the Talking Bench is a chance to meet a Health Connector face-to-face, find out about local support, and connect with others. Look for the Talking Bench flag outside Frome Library.

Frome Postcard Project

Facilitated by Health Connections Frome, this project helps people feel connected by sending and receiving handwritten postcards. It’s ideal for those who are housebound or find socialising difficult. Anyone can refer themselves to receive a postcard, and volunteer opportunities are available.

Dogs For Health – Frome
