Ockham Healthcare and Dr Helen Kingston

We were delighted that Ben Gowland from Ockham Healthcare recently invited our Senior Partner, Dr Helen Kingston, onto his podcast to share more about our model of healthcare. The podcast discusses how sustainability is important to us as a practice, our approach to social prescribing (or what we call Health Connections in Frome), as well as looking at how we work collaboratively across our local community.

Retreats for NHS Workers

Ockham Healthcare and Dr Tim Rigg

One of our GPs, Dr Tim Rigg and Jessie Teggin, from ‘Out In The Field’, were recently invited by Ben Gowland from Ockham Healthcare to discuss retreats for NHS Staff. We recently introduced the retreats offered by Out In The Field to the team at the practice as one of our ways of supporting staff wellbeing.

On this podcast, Jessie and Tim share information about the unique retreats that are aimed at nurturing the wellbeing of healthcare professionals, empowering them to unwind and rejuvenate, as well as supporting them to create stronger connections within their teams. Hear about how we introduced the retreats to the team at Frome Medical Practice and how the retreats support staff in taking a more holistic approach to wellbeing.
