Urgent update – Monday 20th April, 10:45am

The practice is experiencing intermittent IT connection issues this morning, which is impacting practices across Somerset.

If you have an appointment booked with us today we plan for it to still go ahead, but please be patient if we are running behind schedule. The issues are causing some delays for some of our clinicians and slowing our work down.  

As a result of the issues, we have put the urgent only message on for appointments today, as well as for prescription requests and the home visit line.
