Frome Kindness Festival - bookings for events is now live!
The Frome Kindness Festival takes place from 1st - 6th March and it is packed full of a range of events, which you can now book to join. All events are free (with the exception of one), with some taking place online, some drop in and some face to face (with limited spaces.)
So do take a look and book to take part in any that you are interested in.

Kindness Conversations

Sleep - why it matters and how to improve it online workshop
From 1-2pm - book to take part. This online session will explain the importance of sleeping well and the relationship between sleep and health. We will then share ideas on how we can improve our sleep.

Green Community Connector Workshop
