Frome Kindness Festival - bookings for events is now live! 

The Frome Kindness Festival takes place from 1st - 6th March and it is packed full of a range of events, which you can now book to join. All events are free (with the exception of one), with some taking place online, some drop in and some face to face (with limited spaces.) 

So do take a look and book to take part in any that you are interested in.

From 1-2pm - book to take part. This online session will explain the importance of sleeping well and the relationship between sleep and health. We will then share ideas on how we can improve our sleep.

Green Community Connector  Workshop

At The Good Heart on Palmer Street from 11am to midday. Limited places. Are you looking for practical ways to be more kind to yourself and to the planet? This session is for anyone interested in what we can do to improve our own health and wellbeing, as well as that of the planet.

For all Frome health care professionals and carers, from 1-1.45pm online, book to take part. Somerset doctor and educator Dr Andrew Tresidder will remind us that we cannot draw water from an empty well and take us through some simple physical and psychological topics.
