HOPE Program – Free online courses in the South West
Offer a range of face-to-face and digital courses, that empower people to manage their health and wellbeing and to flourish in their working and personal lives, reducing health care costs and improve quality of life.
KeyRing – South West services
Provides individual support and group meet ups for people who have a learning disability, autism or need support with their mental health.
Somerset Max Card
It is a discount card for attractions, venues, and days out across the UK offers to any family with a child or young person with a disability or additional need aged 0 to 25 years living in Somerset.
The cards are free to families. One card per household and lasts for 2 years.
Somerset Parent Carer Forum
A parent led organisation, with all the people leading our working having a child or young person between birth to 25 years with additional needs and/or disabilities.
The Pod
Creates a safe haven for Children, Young People and Adults, opportunities for fun, friendship and community involvement – a sense of belonging. Activities include youth groups, social clubs, support groups and enterprising projects are a fantastic place to have fun, make new friends, learn new skills and just hang out and be yourself!
