Men Walking and Talking 

A national initiative with local walking groups across the UK. Provides a relaxed opportunity for men to talk while walking, helping reduce isolation and improve mental wellbeing. Nearest group is Warminster.

Good Heart Men's Space

Monthly men's wellbeing group offering a friendly, supportive space to meet other men, talk, and build social connections.

First Sunday of each month, 7pm–10pm at The Good Heart, Frome.

Dads Rock Frome 

A welcoming peer-support group for fathers and male carers, delivered in partnership with Evolve and based at the Key Centre in Frome. The group offers a chance for dads to connect with others, share experiences, build confidence in parenting, and access support in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Sessions and activities may pause during the summer holidays, so it's worth checking current dates before attending.
