Youth Patient Participation Group
What is the Frome Medical Practice Youth PPG?
Frome Medical Practice Youth Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of young people from around Frome, who are registered as patients at the practice. The group looks at ways to improve wellbeing and health services for young people.
With support from staff at Frome Medical Practice the Youth PPG is encouraged to take action on or develop ideas to improve health and wellbeing for young people in the area.
The Youth PPG is a great opportunity for any young person, aged 13 to 16 years old, interested in health, medicine and / or promoting the youth voice to get involved. Being a member of the group can be a great addition to your university application and / or CV.
The group takes place every second Thursday of the month from 3:30pm to 5pm at the practice.
