Scheduling Team

Led by Annabel, the scheduling team makes sure clinics run smoothly by managing the appointment book and coordinating schedules.

They set up and maintain appointment slots so they are ready for booking, and work closely with healthcare staff to organise their day.

This helps the practice deliver care efficiently and ensures patients can access the right services at the right time.
