Annual Reviews

If you have a long term health condition, your Annual Review will be held in your birth month.

We do this to improve the quality and consistency of the care you receive, and reduce the number of times you need to visit the practice over the year.

However there are exceptions, sometimes it may be neccesary to call you in for your review sooner or later than usual.
