About Frome Medical Practice
Frome Medical Practice looks after 33,000 patients living in Frome, Warminster and the surrounding area.
The largest village served is Nunney, 3 miles from Frome which has a small branch surgery once a week.
Out-of-hours calls are covered by Somerset Unscheduled Care for Frome and Wiltshire Medical Services for Warminster.
The Practice lies within areas covered by both Somerset and Wiltshire Primary care Trusts. We are closely involved with the activities of both Trusts.
