Health Connections Mendip

Health Connectors are part of your GP practice team. We can offer you one-to-one support to improve your health and wellbeing by working with you to set goals and make a plan that is based on what matters to you. We run Talking Cafes, healthy lifestyles sessions and training such as becoming a Community Connector. There is also a list of support and resources on our website.

Free, weekly 5km run in Frome (The Old Showfield) at 9.00am every Saturday. Everyone is welcome and you can walk, jog or run.

If you are at high risk of type 2 diabetes, you may be eligible for the free NHS Healthier You service, which will help you with healthy eating, weight loss and physical activity. Frome Kindness Festival 1st – 6th March 2022
