Frome Medical Practice Staff Survey Results

A staff survey is carried out annually at Frome Medical Practice. Below are some highlights of the results of the 2022 survey (compared with 2021.) 

Number of respondents to the survey

• In 2022 92 members of staff responded to the survey, with representation from across all team
• In 2021 103 members of staff responded to the survey. 

Would you recommend the practice to friends and family as a place of care? 

• In 2022, 63% of respondents are extremely likely and 34% are likely to recommend the practice to friends and family as a place of care
• This means a total of 97% of respondents are extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice to friends and family as a place of care
• In 2021 98% of staff were extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice to friends and family as a place of care. In 2019 the figure was 88%. 

Would you recommend the practice as a place to work? 

• in 2022, 48% of respondents are extemely likely and 42% are likely to recommend the practice as a place to work 
• This means a total of 90% of respondents are extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice as a place to work
• In 2021 91% of staff were extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice as a place to work . In 2019 the figure was 70%.
