Frome Medical Practice - Public Meeting

As a Practice we strongly encourage patient feedback and when we discussed ways to improve patient engagement with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) they felt a public meeting would be a positive step forward and enable patients to share their experience directly with clinicians and staff.

Our meeting was held on the 5th June 2019, on the eve of the “What matters to you day” an international campaign to encourage and support more conversations between people who provide health and the individuals, families and carers who receive that care. The aim of this campaign is to shift the focus from ‘what is wrong with you’ to ‘what matters to you’.

Following the meeting, we've written an overview report and a full report of the conversations we had and the outcomes of the evening.
