To make the most of your appointment we recommend you read the following leaflet – Making the most of your appointment – Top Tips
1. Please phone the practice on 01373 301301 to speak to one of our Care Navigators who will ask you for a brief reason for your call.
2. They will then book you for a telephone consultation with one of our health professionals at an agreed time on the same day.
3. One of our health professionals will return your call. If you need a follow up face to face consultation this will usually be booked for you later that day.
You will always be seen if needed.

Have you been on the contraceptive pill for more than one year? Are you happy with your contraceptive pill? If yes, you can renew your pill prescription online. Please click here
If you are experiencing any issues with your current contraceptive pill or wish to start a new contraceptive pill then please make a family planning appointment.
All appointments for GPs are done through Patient Connect. We offer routine appointments for some areas of care such as Family Planning, Joint Injections and management of Chronic Diseases. Our Care Navigators will ensure you are connected to the right care at the right time with the right health professional.
You may wish to use our drop in blood clinic available Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 16:30pm and on Fridays 8:30am to 13:00pm. Please note the drop in blood clinic does not operate on Friday afternoon.
Alternatively you can pre-book an appointment online or by speaking to a member of staff. If you have been requested to make a fasting blood test appointment please inform the Care Navigator. This will ensure an early appointment is offered to you.
