Conference Booking
The cost to attend the Green Impact for Health Conference is £30 per delegate for RCGP Members or £35 for Non-RCGP Members. Places at the conference are limited to 50 delegates.
The conference is now fully booked. We are sorry if you have missed out on securing a place. We will put names on a waiting list and if you would still like to receive some post conference information and links we will do our best to capture the learning from the day and share it with you.

Conference Venue
The Green Impact for Health Conference will be held at Frome Medical Centre, Enos Way, Frome, Somerset, BA11 2FH.
Travelling to the Conference
By Train
Frome Train Station is a 20-minute walk from Frome Medical Practice via Rodden Road. The train arriving at 9.42am will get you to Frome Medical Centre in time for the refreshments.
By Car
Frome Medical Centre car park is for the exclusive use of our patients.
If you’re travelling by car we ask you to park in the Frome Cricket Club car park, which is located a short, level walk from Frome Medical Centre. The Cricket Club is located on The Old Showfield and the address for your sat-nav or to view on Google is Rodden Road, Frome BA11 2AH.
If you need to charge your car there’s an electric car charging point at Frome Medical Centre.
Other charging points are available in the Cattle Market Car Park, behind the Cheese and Grain building, (15 minute walk) and at Frome Town Football Club, Berkley Road, Frome (6 minute walk.)

To reduce the use of paper and to offer you the best audience experience we will be using crowdbeamer at the Conference.

Conference Name Badges
In order to reduce the use of plastic and potential waste we are encouraging delegates to bring their own name badges to the Conference. This could be in the form of your work ID or badges you've kept from previous Conferences.
Conference Food and Drink
Catering at the Conference will be vegan (therefore dairy free), as well as gluten and refined sugar free. Milk provided with teas and coffees will be oat milk.
Allergens will be clearly labelled on the day but please do let us know on booking if you have any allergens and we will ensure there is an alternative safe option for you.
All ingredients will be sourced as locally as possible, with an emphasis on organic and sustainable produce.
Lunch is provided with the kind support of Ecotricity. Teas are provided with the kind support of Pukka. Oatly are providing us with milk for teas and coffees.
