To reduce the use of paper and to offer you the best audience experience we will be using crowdbeamer at the Conference.
You can read more about crowdbeamer and what you need to do before the Conference to make the most of it here:
Conference Name Badges
In order to reduce the use of plastic and potential waste we are encouraging delegates to bring their own name badges to the Conference. This could be in the form of your work ID or badges you've kept from previous Conferences.
Conference Food and Drink
Catering at the Conference will be vegan (therefore dairy free), as well as gluten and refined sugar free. Milk provided with teas and coffees will be oat milk.
Allergens will be clearly labelled on the day but please do let us know on booking if you have any allergens and we will ensure there is an alternative safe option for you.
All ingredients will be sourced as locally as possible, with an emphasis on organic and sustainable produce.
You can find out more about the food we will be providing at the Conference and the local vegan chef who will be doing the catering on our Conference Food page.
